There was an issue with a fireplace (that wasn’t disclosed at closing), she emailed the home info to an attorney. Our fence was apparently on another landowner’s property and helped resolve this issue (multiple visits to our property, took care of all correspondence with the other landowners). Erin was Fantastic to work with in every possible way. She went above and beyond the call of duty and did way more than she technically had to. I was purchasing my first home and she wanted to make sure it was perfect for me and that I wouldn't regret it in the long run. When problems arose (such as the seller trying to back out of signed agreements) Erin told me not to worry that she would make everything happen that the seller originally promised even if it meant spending money out of her own pocket. Erin was awesome from start to finish. I liked a home I found on Zillow and was moving from out of state so I did not have a realtor of choice. She showed up as a realtor on the sidebar and I picked her because she had good reviews and looked really friendly. When I called her, she listened to my story and what we were looking for. She even shocked me by telling me that she does a program called Homes for Heros, in which since my husband is a Vet, she donates 25% of her commission back to us to purchase our home. I picked the right person for sure. Once we got into the state, she promptly set up showings for us. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking at and very helpful while touring homes with all the questions we had. We put in an offer on the house we wanted and she even helped us to include extra items we would like in our offer. Our offer was accepted! She was there for the inspection of the home, and throughout the whole process answered all my crazy questions promptly via email and phone. Erin was not our first broker, but she actually was the selling agent of a house we were looking at. After that house sold, we liked Erin enough that we switched brokers as she was super nice, and she had a sincere interest in helping us find the right house.
